Automated production
Technicon uses an automated production line and an intelligent manufacturing managment system to provide reliable guarantee for the quality of the car-grade IGBT module.
The machine laser code provides the only identity information of each product. In cooperation with the mass manufacturing managment system, the manufacturing process, material information, and prosess parameters of each product can be fully recorded and tracked. Automated Film loading system can be the most compatible combination of parameters according to the information of the chip. Vacuum reflux welding technology meets the high-heat dissipation requirements of the product. Cooper wire bonding and ultrasonic terminal welding technology greatly improve the ability of the product to flow. Aging screening system effectivelly sifts out the possible loss of the previous model.
